Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we proudly offer worldwide shipping to all dog lovers!
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so if you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After this time, modifications cannot be made. However, you can return your order for a full refund once it has been received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed between Monday and Friday within 1-3 business days. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or during holiday seasons. Once processed, your order will be shipped the next day.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders typically take 2-4 weeks to arrive.
